Caroline is a Principal on the investment team, based in Stockholm and London.

Before joining J12 in 2022, Caroline spent almost a decade in London, most recently investing for one of Europe’s largest family offices, Alta Advisors. She is also a co-founder and board member of GAIN, Europe’s largest charity aimed to get more women into the investment industry.
